Sourcewise Investments Ltd ("Sourcewise", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Stillglow mobile application ("the App") and the website at www.sourcewiseinvestmentsltd.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights in relation to it.

By creating an account or using the Stillglow app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The data controller responsible for your personal information is:

Information you provide directly

• Full name and email address when you register an account
• Profile information you choose to add (e.g. profile photo)
• Voice recordings and audio messages you upload or record within the App
• Written memories, notes, captions, and other content you create
• Photos and media files you upload to the App
• Messages you send through the in-app contact or support features
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — see Payments section)

Information collected automatically

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• App usage data: screens viewed, features used, session duration
• Crash reports and error logs
• Push notification interaction data (if you have enabled notifications)

Information from third parties

• If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g. Sign in with Apple or Google), we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address as permitted by that service

To use the core features of Stillglow, you must create an account. Account creation requires a valid email address and a password, or authentication via a supported third-party provider (such as Sign in with Apple).

Your account data is used to: authenticate your identity, save and sync your content across devices, manage your subscription, and enable you to recover access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time. See the Data Deletion section for instructions.

Stillglow allows users to upload, record, and store voice recordings, audio messages, photographs, and other media files as part of creating digital memories.

This content is stored securely on our servers and is accessible only to you (and any individuals you explicitly choose to share it with within the App). We do not use your voice recordings or personal media for any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

We do not sell, license, or share your voice recordings or personal media with third parties. We do not use this content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Audio and media files are encrypted in transit and at rest. You may delete any uploaded content at any time through the App, or by requesting deletion via email.

Content you create within Stillglow — including written memories, captions, notes, and any other material — is stored securely and associated with your account. This content is private by default and is not visible to other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.

You retain ownership of all content you create. By uploading content to Stillglow, you grant Sourcewise Investments Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

We do not use your personal content for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the App's features.

Stillglow may offer subscription plans or in-app purchases. All payment transactions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system (for iOS) or our designated payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

When you make a purchase, we receive confirmation of the transaction and subscription status from Apple or our payment processor. This information is used to activate and manage your subscription access within the App.

For subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests related to iOS purchases, please use the standard Apple subscription management process via your Apple ID settings. For any other billing enquiries, contact us at [email protected].

We use analytics tools to understand how the App is used and to improve the user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify individual users.

Analytics data we may collect includes: feature usage patterns, screen navigation flows, session duration, crash and error reports, and general device/OS information.

We do not use cross-app tracking or share analytics data with advertising networks. We do not build advertising profiles based on your App usage.

On iOS, we respect your device's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) setting. If you have opted out of tracking, we will not collect any data beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the App.

To operate the App, we use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers. These providers process data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Categories of third-party services we may use include:

• Cloud storage and hosting infrastructure (for secure storage of your content and account data)
• Authentication providers (e.g. Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google)
• Payment processing (Apple in-app purchases)
• Analytics and crash reporting tools
• Email delivery services (for transactional emails such as account verification)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your personal data and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, for tax or legal compliance purposes).

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained for longer periods as it cannot be used to identify you.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data (see Data Deletion below)
• Right to restrict processing — to request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object — to object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, to withdraw it at any time

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account and data

Option 1 — In-app deletion: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the Stillglow app. This will immediately initiate deletion of your account and all associated content.

Option 2 — Email request: Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Upon deletion, all personal data, voice recordings, media, and content associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, records of financial transactions for tax compliance). Such data will be retained only for the minimum period required and will not be used for any other purpose.

Stillglow is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or by email.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
